The one and only method of self-realization is detailed below:
1. To reach state of absolute purity as a soul atman, the spirit within we need demolishing our ego in totality. Only then we could abide by dictates of Lord Krishna coming from within our heart. If the ego was dominating, we failed to hear the sweet small inner voice of soul atman coming from within. It is this voice of Lord Krishna that all the time guided us in the spiritual journey.
2. To establish total control over five senses and mind we have to negate karma to zero. For this we have to indulge in teachings of spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita. To cut darkness of ignorance our indulgence in path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom) contained in Bhagavad Gita is necessitated.
Furthermore we need indulging in karma nishkama karma way of life, offering fruits of karma performed to God Almighty all the time. Only then we can abdicate self from all responsibilities of karma. We have to become a trustee in the spiritual journey of life and for whom everything all the time belonged to God Almighty. We truly never owned anything.
3. Human beings used their brain 1 to 2% the remaining always lying dormant. For full activation of brain practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation is necessitated. Only then our kundalini awakened fully. The kundalini reaching Ajna chakra announces opening of Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in our brain behind forehead. One immediately becomes an enlightened one, a bodhi, a Jina… a Mahavira forever.
100% opening of brain means reaching cosmic end of life. All enlightened ones like Mahavira; Gautama Buddha even Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed used their brain 100%.
There were many other factors on path of pure spirituality that needs practicing day and night. Only then one successfully reaches state of self realization.
