First of all Hinduism is not something that could be practiced. Hinduism scriptures demand indulgence in contemplation (chintan) to realize the hidden underlying meaning of sacred texts contained in scriptures of different religions of world.
Secondly any human being world over belonging to any religion, faith or belief can all the time indulge in teachings of Hinduism particularly Bhagavad Gita to reach cosmic end of life, state of enlightenment. There is not a single iota of doubt regarding this summation of Hinduism and why would I say that!
Born in Jainism religion from six years of age I blindly followed teachings of Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita. Stories about Lord Krishna did rounds in my house every single day. Fascinated by workings of Lord Krishna and his achievements I started pursuing path of spirituality. I also developed inkling to liberate self from cycle of birth and death forever.
31 years of indulgence in teachings of spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita and also Upanishads (independent spiritual treatises) I finally landed self in laps of God Almighty, Brahman in the wee hours of third of August 1993 37 years of age. It is only after reading the lengthy dictation given to me by God I realized I had realized self, realized god forever.
While pursuing path of spirituality my kundalini also awakened fully absolutely unknown to me.
In the entire world there was nothing more pure than pursuing path of spirituality detailed in Bhagavad Gita. The teachings of Bhagavad Gita form summum bonum of spirituality.
