Whereas Buddhism religion came into existence after coming of Gautama Buddha, an enlightened one!

Siddhartha Gautama gained his entire wisdom from Taxila and Nalanda universities of yore. After Gautama Buddha none in Buddhism even thinks of becoming a Gautama Buddha in real life.
Hinduism preaches that every single human being on mother earth had spark of divinity within to become a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed in one’s lifetime. What use praying to these enlightened souls when we can become like one?

All the people I have met in my lifetime indulged in religious practices (rituals) that led nowhere. Indulging in rituals, religious practices none ever reached God. Why practice something that was a total waste of time. Spirituality, teachings of Bhagavad Gita demand our indulgence in contemplation (chintan) to realize the hidden inner meaning contained in sacred texts.
This is where most people world over failed. None wants to indulge in contemplation fearing all including their family would be left behind. It is an absolute true fact of spirituality that for a seeker, traveler of spiritual path family ties no longer meant everything. For a true traveler of spiritual path the whole world becomes one large family.
Something that was difficult to practice even in India can never establish roots outside of India.
