Activating Kundalini spirit, the shakti is the path and opening of chakras the end result. This kundalini energy called by many as Prana exists in human body in the base of spine. It can be activated only by indulgence in celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata) of which abstention from sexual indulgence (physical aspect of celibacy) constitutes hardly 10% of total job, 90% celibacy always being practiced mentally.
Eradicating flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality is what absolute celibacy all about.
Kundalini awakening also directly relates to human brain. Normal human beings used their brain 1 to 2% the balance always lying dormant. By activating kundalini shakti human beings can activate their brain to full capacity 100%. This happens in case of enlightened ones. All enlightened ones like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed after reaching state of enlightenment used their brain 100%.
As the kundalini is activated in stages the chakras (energy centres) existing in our spine start opening, activating! This leads human beings to higher states of consciousness. As our kundalini rises higher and higher all the six chakras up to Ajna chakra get activated. And finally opens Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in our brain behind forehead. The moment this happens one immediately becomes an enlightened one… a bodhi, a Jina a Mahavira forever.
The awakening, activation of kundalini energy becomes possible by practice of celibacy. Seekers, travelers of spiritual path interested in gaining liberation from cycle of birth and death forever indulged in full awakening of kundalini energy, practicing celibacy and absolute celibacy they finally succeed activating kundalini shakti to its full capacity.
Here we need to understand that practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation was an absolute must to awaken kundalini to full capacity in our lifetime.
As ordained by God human beings had a maximum of 1.1 million manifestations in human form for full awakening of kundalini shakti. If we desire expediting our spiritual journey then indulgence in practice of absolute celibacy was the only route.
For example if a high-rise building had 1.1 million steps, it would take many lifetimes before we succeed reaching the top and what if we take a fast elevator up! Practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation is the elevator that takes up straight to the top. There was never a shortcut path to full activation of kundalini shakti. Our indulgence not only in celibacy but also absolute celibacy is an absolute must.
Most seekers world over failed on this front. Practice of celibacy (abstention from sexual indulgence) can be indulged by many but what about practice of absolute celibacy that demands stoppage of flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality? Seems difficult, very difficult yet not impossible! All enlightened ones like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed indulged in 12 years practice of absolute celibacy before gaining enlightenment.
Sage Vishwamitra a highly accomplished Sage of his era on sighting a maiden woman taking bath in forlorn circumstances in deep dense jungles (forests) fell from grace, he had to repeat practice of absolute celibacy all over again.
Practice of celibacy, activation of kundalini is necessitated only for travelers of spiritual path. Those indulging in religion (path of rituals) need not worry about kundalini awakening.
Every time seekers awakened their kundalini to reach a chakra, one experienced state of absolute bliss not for days but months, something that could never be expressed in words. All experiences on path of spiritual awakening were totally enlightening full of ecstasy and bliss.
