Moksha salvation is a state reached by human beings when they succeed gaining enlightenment in their lifetime. In the last 150 years amongst 7 billion people existing world over only Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharshi Ramana succeeded in gaining enlightenment in their lifetime. How much percent population did we expect to reach state of moksha salvation?
State of enlightenment, moksha salvation is not that easily achieved.
Verbally everyone in India wanted to reach state of moksha salvation but our karma was opposite of that. We were always after material pursuits that never led human beings towards a state of enlightenment. Indulging in religion (rituals) one never gained anything in life. State of enlightenment and moksha salvation is not for religious practitioners.
Enlightenment followed by moksha salvation can be achieved only by a seeker of the level of Swami Vivekananda. It is an absolute fact of life that any achievement less than Swami Vivekananda will not do. One has to indulge in spirituality practiced by Swami Vivekananda along with practice of celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata) for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation.
Realization of self demands undertaking inner journey towards soul atman existing in our heart! While indulging in spirituality we realized we were primarily a spiritual traveler, a cosmic traveler that manifested human form to cleanse self of dross impurities within. As a seeker if we could reach our true inner self existing in heart, the cosmic journey of soul atman would finally end.
And how many people truly indulged in spirituality as detailed in Bhagavad Gita? The numbers could be counted on fingers world over. Not more than two or three persons understood correct meaning of spirituality world over. Out of them one becomes a Swami Vivekananda in 100 years or so. As ordained by God every 100 to 200 years a maximum of 1 or 2 enlightened souls manifest on mother earth that finally succeeded reaching state of moksha salvation.
Rest keeps rotating in endless cycles of birth and death again and again.
