Bhagavad Gita is all about spiritual values following which any human being world over can reach state of enlightenment, become a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed in one’s lifetime.
Bhagavad Gita is as applicable today as it was in times of Lord Krishna, Mahavira even Gautama Buddha and Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed. For human beings to emancipate from cycle of birth and death forever teachings of Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita are necessitated.
These spiritual principles of life are applicable every single moment of life on mother earth. Every single human being in present even in past had only one goal of life, liberate self from cycle of birth and death forever. This became possible only by indulging in Bhagavad Gita.
To reach state of enlightenment only one single scripture Bhagavad Gita suffices in present times.
God has endowed human beings with free will exercising which we can decide our journey of life. We could indulge in spirituality to reach God in present life time like Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa on Maharshi Ramana or keep everything in abeyance for next manifestation by soul atman.
In the rules of life, the next manifestation by our soul atman would be a new body, a new form. We had only one life to live, the present earthly form. When six years of age I developed inkling to see and meet God in this very life. Around nine years of age I finally decided to end rotating in endless cycles of birth and death.
And thus started my spiritual journey and indulgence with Bhagavad Gita!
