Even before mother earth came into being the precept of moksha liberation was predestined by God, Brahman in Hinduism. All human beings are but a pawn in the journey of life manifested by our soul atman, the spirit within.
God Almighty destined human beings to reach state of moksha salvation in a maximum time span of 1.1 million manifestations. We can do it now in present life time or leave it for future manifestations by soul atman within. Endowed with free will we are free to decide our journey of life. None in this world can force us to indulge in spirituality. This is what was never destined by God.
Reaching state of moksha salvation is the ultimate goal of life on mother earth. Now or in future manifestations the manifested human form would have to indulge in spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita to reach cosmic end of life. We cannot indefinitely postpone undertaking spiritual journey, so was not destined by god.
For reaching state of moksha salvation human beings have to indulge in spirituality and reach state of self realization, god realization enlightenment in English.
We may desire or not but our soul atman existing in our heart wants us to indulge in spirituality so that it could liberate itself from cycle of birth and death forever.
Nothing in field of spirituality comes automatically; everything has to be gained indulging in karma.
