Moksha salvation is a state reached by human beings when after reaching state of enlightenment one liberates self from cycle of birth and death forever. The moment an enlightened one left mortal frame, one attains moksha salvation and gains entry into kingdom of God (Vaikuntha in Hinduism).
Moksha while being alive cannot be reached as it is a property of spirit, soul atman within and not the manifest physical human form.
Moksha salvation announces a soul atman regaining its lost original pure prime pristine primordial form. In absence of dross impurities within the liberated soul atman need not manifest a human body again as the need to manifest a new body ceases to exist.
After reaching state of moksha salvation, a liberated soul atman becomes free from bondage of sun. It can now venture into any part of cosmos at will. Until a soul atman reaches state of absolute purity it remains bonded to solar system.
When normal human beings died, the released soul atman immediately manifested a new body based on residual balance of karma at the time of death. Only when matching parents are not available on mother earth the soul atman hibernated in heaven or hell. Sooner matching parents become available on mother earth, the hibernating soul atman immediately manifests a new body to start new journey of life.
State of moksha salvation is reached when seekers indulging in spirituality reach cosmic end of life, 8.4 millionth manifestation. The state of moksha salvation does not belong to religious believers (practitioners of rituals). Indulging in religion (rituals) one keeps rotating in endless cycles of birth and death again and again. To emancipate forever from cycle of birth and death our indulgence in spirituality detailed in Bhagavad Gita is necessitated.
