There was nothing like beginners on path of kundalini awakening. The process of kundalini awakening relates to spiritual seekers who wanted to reach God in their lifetime. Kundalini awakening had no other purpose.
For a human being to realize ones full potential, kundalini awakening is mandated by god. Only then our brain activated fully 100%. Full activation of brain announces the spirit within existing in our heart reaching its cosmic end of life, state of absolute purity.
The present human body is manifested by spirit, consciousness existing in heart as our soul atman. The human form is but a medium for soul atman to cleanse self of dross impurities within. Of its own human life had no significance! After the end of present earthly journey the body dies and decays but the spirit, soul atman within continues its forward journey.
Based on residual balance of karma at the time of death, the released soul atman again manifests a new body to start a new journey of life on mother earth.
For soul atman the human body was the noblest experience as it is only in human form it can liberate self from cycle of birth and death and never in any lower forms of life.
A fully awakened kundalini means becoming a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed in the spiritual journey of life.
As prophesied in Bhagavad Gita Lord Krishna emphasizes that journey of spirituality must be started early in age. On the contrary most human beings particularly in India postponed spiritual journey, kundalini awakening for the last moment. All wanted to indulge in spirituality, kundalini awakening only in Vanprastha ashram or even Sannyasa ashram.
In Vanprastha ashram when I asked people in India as to when they would indulge in spirituality, kundalini awakening the reply of most was after we are done with our grandchildren. If we keep waiting for grandchildren to grow then the only alternative for practicing spirituality is Sannyasa ashram and by that time almost 75 years of life have passed.
Something human beings could not start in 75 years of prime life, how could they expect to travel spiritual path successfully after 75 years of age is pure guesswork. The intention behind postponement is clear. None had the ability to indulge in spirituality to reach cosmic end of life.
On path of pure spirituality for realizing our full inner potential, we must start early in age.
By indulgence in spirituality, kundalini awakening started six years of age. Around nine years of age I finally decided to end the endless rotation in cycles of birth and death. I wanted to make present life time the last. Indulging in spirituality detailed in Bhagavad Gita I finally reached state of self realization, god realization 37 years of age.
My advice to most children world over is if we seriously desire undertaking spiritual journey then we must start early.
Practice of spirituality demands indulgence in contemplation most of time. By mastering only one aspect of life contemplation (chintan) we can successfully cross ocean of Samsara (worldly life) to reach state of self realization, god realization.
Those who advise practicing spirituality later in life deliberately feigned ignorance in matters spiritual. We should not go by their advice but try to listen to sweet small inner voice of soul atman coming from within our heart, something we called passion.
Contemplation (chintan) helps us reach the hidden underlying meaning of sacred texts of different religions of world. Path of jnana yoga, indulgence in sacred text is necessitated to cut darkness of ignorance. Spiritual journey is all about dissolving queries within forever.
