Those with even little knowledge of Kundalini would never talk about spontaneous kundalini awakening! Such a concept did not exist in spiritual world. One just could not say I became a Gautama Buddha overnight. Has such a thing ever happened in the entire history of mankind?
Making of a Gautama Buddha is many lifetimes of spiritual effort. Such a level cannot be achieved in one lifetime. For spiritual awakening to occur, to cleanse self of dross impurities within in totality God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations in human form. Achieving spiritual awakening, full kundalini awakening in a time span of 70 to 80 years of earthly life is nothing short of a miracle. Even a spiritual stalwart like Swami Vivekananda could not have done it. What to say of commoners, masses!
Normal human beings used their brain 1 to 2% and the balance always lying dormant. This dormant lying portion of brain can be activated only by kundalini awakening. Awakening of kundalini from chakra to chakra takes time. Stopping flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality also needs time. Demolition of ego in totality needs the most time.
This is the reason why spiritual journey, kundalini awakening must be exercised with caution.
Full kundalini awakening demands practicing absolute celibacy for 12 years in continuation. Not a single break on this account is permitted. Sage Vishwamitra, a highly accomplished Sage of his era on sighting a maiden woman taking Bath in forlorn circumstances in deep dense forests fell from grace, he had to repeat practice of absolute celibacy all over again. He was a contemporary of Sage Vashistha.
Acharya Rajneesh (née Osho) an excellent spiritual traveler in the later stages of life mixed yoga with sex. So much so that he was unceremoniously thrown out of USA and no country in the world was willing to take him and finally his mother country India came to his rescue.
Practice of absolute celibacy and that too for 12 years in continuation is truly demanding. Only a versatile accomplished spiritual traveler like Swami Vivekananda if one so desires can do it.
Spontaneous kundalini awakening is a farce that could never happen. One never becomes a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha even Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed overnight.
