What are the main steps of Meditation that lead to Self Realization

What do we think meditation is, something that can be learnt from books or can be imparted by a so-called spiritual teacher, preacher?

The journey of meditation is an inward journey towards the spirit, soul atman existing in heart. For every single human being on mother earth indulging in spirituality, the journey would be different. As our intellect, our understanding accordingly the indulgence in spirituality!

The 700 shlokas verses contained in Bhagavad Gita act only as a guideline, nothing more. Not everything is contained in Bhagavad Gita. It just could not be. How can we summarize unfathomable jnana wisdom of spirituality in one single book Bhagavad Gita!

Most of the jnana wisdom comes from top when we indulged in contemplation (chintan). During moments of meditation, yoga we connect with universal mind power from where we can invoke everything contained in cosmos, every inch of jnana wisdom.

From six years of age I have engaged in Shruti jnana, the universal medium of communication to draw jnana wisdom from universal cauldron called mind plus. Every single word, every single text in written or oral form exists from the beginning of time in the reservoir of mind plus.

We human beings just invoked jnana wisdom through thought process. And in this chain of thoughts wisdom of Bhagavad Gita, even Upanishads (independent spiritual treatises) comes to our rescue.

In my spiritual pursuit of god not for once did I ever open Bhagavad Gita! This is until I reached stage of self realization, god realization. After having a long Sakshatkar with God in the wee hours of third of August 1993, I was given a long dictation by God Almighty himself.

In the days that followed whenever I open Bhagavad Gita or Upanishads, I felt as if I had dictated the contents of sacred Bhagavad Gita in one of my previous manifestations. Everything contained in Bhagavad Gita (the essence of 700 shlokas verses) was within my reach. Even without bookish reading, literal knowledge I could directly invoke jnana wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita from reservoir of mind plus.

To properly indulge in meditation to reach state of self realization, our mastering art of contemplation is an absolute must. Contemplation (chintan) is something one cannot do without.

700 shlokas verses contained in Bhagavad Gita sufficed for entire humanity to contemplate upon and reach cosmic end of life, state of self realization, God realization.
