Meditation in the perspective of Science Health and Spirituality


Meditation (yoga in Hinduism) is the most grossly misunderstood facet of spirituality world over. None knew how to indulge yet all worldwide indulged in yoga meditation all the time. To what avail!

 

Yoga meditation is the path to practice spirituality successfully to reach cosmic end of life, God Almighty himself. Rightly practiced yoga meditation truly lands seekers in the domain of god.

 

How to meditate is the problem!

 

One indulges in meditation via contemplation (chintan) to reach hidden underlying meanings of sacred texts of different religions of world. The jnana wisdom contained in sacred text is necessitated to remove darkness of ignorance, scuttle all queries within.

 

The only goal of spirituality is dissolving queries within forever.

 

When young we had lot of queries unanswered within us like, who I am, what is my relationship with God, with world of souls atmans, what is the purpose of life, how do I relate to spirituality also religion, what is our relationship with lower forms of life, why God created this world etc.

 

Whenever we searched the answers were never forthcoming. Even intelligent, wise gurus of yester era were not available. What was the remedy?

 

It was then indulging in contemplation one realizes the true meaning of life. It is spirituality that led path to God Almighty, Brahman. And we indulged in spirituality via meditation, yoga.

 

Meditation is all about contemplating on vital inherent issues of life to dissolve queries within. There was never any other goal of indulgence in meditation, yoga.

 

One whose queries within dissolve permanently immediately reached state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (absolute nothingness) when not a single thought entered our brain uninvoked. Once we reached state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi there was nothing more to achieve in this mortal world. One finally gains enlightenment forever.

 

Apart from indulgence in contemplation practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation is necessitated to awaken kundalini energy fully, the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine.

 

Full awakening of kundalini shakti leads to opening of dormant lying portions of brain. Normal human beings used their brain 1 to 2% the balance lying dormant. By indulgence in meditation yoga as detailed in Bhagavad Gita human beings can awaken their brain fully to 100% capacity. Enlightened ones always used their brain 100%, prime reason why they were the wisest in the cosmic journey of life.

 

Indulgence in meditation is practicing spirituality. However science had nothing to do with spirituality. Practically spirituality starts from the point where science ends.

 

The reason is apparent, science demands proofs at each and every stage of life. Whereas spirituality is purely based on faith in God and his system! One can never see God yet believes in him similar as we can detect presence of a flower by its fragrance. We can all the time feel presence of God in day-to-day affairs of life. Denial of presence of God is not a solution.

 

Seekers who had 100% faith in existence of God and his creation were the right candidates to indulge in spirituality. In absence of full faith nothing much can be achieved on spiritual path.

 

No matter what happens, science would always demand proofs prime reason why scientists world over failed to realize anything relating to god. The most scientists could do was reach so-called God particle, nothing more.

 

Those indulging in spirituality, yoga meditation rightly always experienced robust physical and mental health. Whenever dormant lying portions of brain opened in stages, one experiences severe headaches of the highest order but nothing more than that. After the pain subsides it was only absolute bliss, ecstasy beyond expression of words.

 

Indulging in spirituality one could always maintain perfect health. However in yesteryears to maintain a perfect health while indulging in yoga meditation yogis indulged in asanas (yogic exercises) as a daily routine.

 

This summation is right as in absence of proper health; one could never indulge in spirituality successfully. The first step towards practicing spirituality is maintaining perfect robust health. This we can achieve by indulging in yogic exercises (asanas) as a daily morning routine.

 

Furthermore as dormant lying portions of brain activated, one gained phenomenal mental powers almost up to infinity. The mental power exercised by an enlightened one is beyond conceptualization by normal human beings. An enlightened one can read the brains of all sitting nearby without any extra effort. This helps in assuaging their queries within.

 

Yoga meditation is directly connected to spirituality and also physical and mental health. Right indulgence in meditation yoga leads to a healthy and successful spiritual life.
