Should Spirituality be taught in Schools

People who advocate teaching of spirituality in schools, do they understand even ABC of spirituality?

Spirituality is a path, an inner journey into the unknown. It is always conducted indulging in contemplation (chintan) most of time. It is not something that could be taught in a class room.

Spirituality demands demolition of ego in totality. How could one teach demolition of ego in a classroom?

Furthermore on path of pure spirituality we need overpowering five senses and mind forever. How could a teacher teach his students to establish control over five senses and mind?

Furthermore practice of absolute celibacy is necessitated on path of pure spirituality. How can teachers discuss such subjects with all students in class?

Spirituality demands kundalini awakening in entirety. How could one teach kundalini awakening in a class?

As spirituality is an inner journey towards our soul atman, spirit existing in heart it is always conducted indulging in contemplation (chintan) all the time.

Spirituality is best indulged by becoming an introvert of the highest order. Spirituality can never be taught literally in a classroom.

Mahavira, Gautama Buddha even Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed did not learn the intricacies of spirituality in a classroom. The most we could learn in a class was merits of indulgence in Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads (independent spiritual treatises).

Even anything relating to Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads could not be imparted by a teacher. Literally one can never understand anything in Bhagavad Gita or Upanishads. To reach the hidden underlying meaning we have to indulge in contemplation (chintan) all the time, there was at all no escape from that nor was there a shortcut method.

Everything spiritual always comes from within.
