In a room that can accommodate a maximum of 20 persons and is open from the top having no roof, what if we start pouring more and more people into the room from the top. It is possible that the room easily accommodates 10 more people making it 30. What if 10 more are dropped from the top? Now the situation would become alarming and people would be under great stress.
The climax comes when 20 more people are dropped and have to accommodate within limited means. It is quite possible that few people suffocate and finally die.
In physical life also stress directly relates to our brain. Stress can be caused by anything, even a verbal communication! People can react to anything in life. If our brain cannot accommodate the new happening, the new changes in the environment, there is going to be chaos in the brain. Medically lot of hormones good and bad would be released.
Based on the reactions of the hormones our body will react. This is the stage when problem starts. If the body is unable to sustain reactions in the brain, one could badly suffer medically. It could lead to anything, even a heart stroke!
But spiritual travelers can avoid all the fuss detailed above. Spiritual practitioners had the workings of their brain under total control. Whatever the chaos created in the brain, it can be silenced in totality. So much so one can experience serenity, total calm, absolute bliss all the time. Absence of any anxiety in the brain is the biggest feature of a spiritual traveler.
By moulding ones thought process one can indirectly control actions in the brain.
Indulging in spirituality from six years of age I at times experienced severe headaches and even the best doctors in the town had no answers. It was in the later stages of spiritual pursuit I realized that intermittent awakening of kundalini resulted in dormant lying portions of brain. Due to this increased activity in the brain, one suffered severe headaches that sometimes continued for days.
For serious travelers of spiritual path intermittently experiencing headaches is common. Nothing to worry about! When the headache subsides one experiences a blissful state which can never be described in words. It was as if we were sitting in company of God Almighty.
